Coaching is one of the new interdisciplinary topics in management that has recently entered a relatively new style in Iran and the international community in solving individual, organizational and business problems and challenges, and the spread of this concept in society shows relative effectiveness and success. It has been in use. Of course, there are issues such as mentoring, but the frequency and expansion of coaching-related measures has been very significant. However, the spread of new concepts and tools certainly brings with it challenges, which necessitate a scientific study of those challenges and functions. The need for a scientific journal in this field is that it can provide a more detailed study of the challenges and solutions to improve this relatively emerging concept. Also, considering the governing paradigm, its connection with common concepts and issues in "management" such as planning, decision-making, growth and "development" of individual, organizational and business, as well as individual, organizational and business "productivity" is quite obvious. Therefore, the title of the journal, with emphasis on these elements, has been selected in order to create a field of research and scientific thinking and guide research related to productivity management and development, as well as the introduction of research in the field of coaching in this field.
The main purpose of "Coaching in Productivity Management and Development" is to provide an intellectual environment as a research platform for professors, students and researchers in general to publish quality articles on planning, productivity management and coaching, and to share the latest scientific findings. It is related to the field of management, industry, psychology and behavioral sciences and interdisciplinary topics. In this regard, the scientific journal "Coaching in Productivity Management and Development" with a bilingual license (Persian and English), once every three months (quarterly) publishes at least 6 and at most 21 articles in each issue and electronically. It is hoped that this publication, by reflecting relevant and authoritative scientific and operational content, will be an incentive to raise the level of related research among students and academics. In order to provide researchers and libraries with better and faster access to the latest research findings in this field, this journal allows readers free access to their articles.
