Abstract
In recent decades, technology has had a significant impact on human resource management processes and practices. These new systems enable human resource professionals to provide better services to all stakeholders (such as applicants, employees, and managers) and reduce administrative burdens. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of electronic human resource management measures on employee productivity and quality of human resource services (Case study: Mashhad Municipality Information and Communication Organization). In terms of practical purpose and in terms of method and descriptive-survey nature, it was a correlational type. The statistical population of the study included all employees of Mashhad Municipality Information and Communication Organization (200 people). Due to the limited statistical population, the sampling method used in this study is census. In the present study, standardized questionnaires of Navid Iqbal et al. (2019) were used to measure the variables. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean, frequency percentage) using SPSS software version 19 and inferential statistics (structural equation method) using PLS software. The results showed that the operational, communication and transformational measures of electronic human resource management have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of the organization's employees. Also, operational and communication measures of electronic human resource management have a positive and significant effect on the quality of human resources services of the organization. However, in this study, the effect of transformational measures of electronic human resource management on the quality of human resources services of the organization was not confirmed, which may be due to differences in the statistical population.
